As you may have hear, Highland Real Estate is starting a podcast called, “The Charlotte Real Estate Made Simple Podcast.” This podcast is all about transferring our team’s 52 years of cumulative knowledge into a format that can be a resource to home buyers and sellers.

Though podcasts aren’t new, they certainly haven’t caught on like TV and the internet. For that reason, many people don’t know how to utilize the resource that is a ‘podcast.’ This brief blog will show you to all of the most convenient locations to begin listening and learning about our market! 

Before I jump into how to access the podcast, I’ll give you a few details about the podcast itself. The podcast will be weekly, with an episode released each Monday morning at 8 AM. Each episode will be between 10-20 mins and will cover a question or topic related to real estate in the Charlotte real estate market. Here are some examples of the type of content this podcast will contain:
